The Auxiliary operates on four organizational levels:
Flotilla, Division, District/Region, and National
 

Division provides administrative and training support. Divisions are headed by Division Commander (DCDR), Division Vice Commander (DVCDR), assisted by Division Staff Officers (SO)

Flotilla - is the basic Auxiliary unit headed by a Flotilla Commander (FC) and Vice Flotilla Commander (VFC), assisted by Flotilla Staff Officers (FSO).
